TOXIC ENVIRONMENT - Anonymous employee VON Canada Employee Review

The workers in the office are very toxic, The supervising manager is inexperienced and and toxic too. I was bullied by the co workers many times and the manager will say there is nothing she could do. Racism at its peak. The wages is so bad. although they are NGO but its all about profit Its not a great place to work if you need your mental health.
