VOR Technology is a mid-size company with a substantial number of employees. Large and mid size companies are often embroiled in numerous lawsuits. VOR has a solid legal team that is well positioned to guard corporate and employee interests. Although negative, we thank you for your brief feedback and wish you a prosperous career. We hope you find success were ever you have "Gone".

Pros

VOR's rank and file employees are hard working, dedicated, honest people.

Cons

Seek employment with this company at your own risk. VOR was a great company to work for until 2018. In the last year, five corporate officers have resigned or have been dismissed. During June through August 2018, three significant members of the corporate staff quit and two out of VOR’s three field Directors resigned. Sadly, VOR corporate now fosters a toxic, middle school work environment characterized by bullying and threats of termination. Some of VOR's business practices that recently came to light are unethical at best. For example, VOR has withheld months of payments due to one of its larger subcontractors. At this writing, VOR employees are still waiting for the company to deposit their 401K contributions and the company’s matching funds for July and August 2018. The management also back peddles when it comes time to honor compensation agreements. A sad example of VOR's 2018 harsh and heartless management style was exemplified in August when one of the corporate officers placed an employee on the corporate staff (who had been working for VOR for more than three years) on leave without pay until he agreed to sign an extremely restrictive employment agreement. When the employee finally caved and signed the agreement, he was terminated on the spot. The biggest mystery to many of us who have parted ways with VOR is how the company still manages to make payroll.
