No leadership as CEO is a micro manager
CEO lies to Customers and his own staff to achieve his personal plan
A culture of blame from the CEO to all below causing a very cautious staff. All those who have tried to assist or stick out there necks have been fired. Last year we lost the only VP who actually cared and tried to protect us. Others who have tried to help/change the culture are also fired.
Low quality product that is often not complete because we did not have the money to buy all the components. Delivery of partially assembled scanners to meet a schedule.
Shifting priorities as
Poor pay scale with no raises unless you make a real issue of it.
