The team is small but mighty, and you feel that in the best way possible. The CEO is kind, exceptionally sharp, AI-forward, and genuinely open to hearing ideas from anyone on the team. There's a real sense that your voice matters and that you can make a meaningful impact, thanks to the autonomy you're given within your role. I'd recommend VRChat without hesitation to anyone who wants to help build something that truly changes how people experience and connect with the world.

Being fully remote is honestly a huge perk and something many companies still struggle to do well, but the one thing I'd love to see more of is in-person team events. When you work alongside people this talented and passionate, you naturally want more opportunities to connect and celebrate together in real life too!
