Made some great friends, we all trauma bond together. Don't fooled by the fake 5 star reviews they write / make their employees write that have no cons to comment which is Just gastly.
Cons
Where do I start.... this place is extremely toxic, nobody stays there long, unless you cant find a job else where. - People keep there mouth shut because they like having a job, but if the they start disliking you, you will most likely be fired asap. - I watched few girls get fired on the same day. plus many throughout the year. - Never felt appreciated and an extremely unethical business with questionable practices - They've been sued before for unfair dismissal claims. - You have to clock in & out like a sweat shop and your 2 x 10min breaks are counted as toilet and water breaks which is insane. - I've haven't seen anyone work there for over 2 years unless you are a manager. - They have no work culture, but keep going on about how great their work culture is... 11 hour days with only 30min break is not culture. -They pay the bare minimum. -Revolving door of employees, the meeting room gets a work out from all the employees they yell at and fire in there. -They dont want to hire a HR person because they are not nice people & they know it - The micromanagement is insane - You feel so uneasy at this job, because you could get fired at any moment - They have gone through 6 designers in the same year because they say they are unreliable designers but in actual fact it is because they make them do 80 hours of work in 38hours - They fire you then hire a new person with no experience for the same position so they can pay them pennies Honestly the list goes on, i can be here all day.. I wouldn't waste your time here, trust me its not worth it.
