      I was lucky to start at VSP almost a year ago and I have continued to work with people that help me improve myself and feel empowered.

      Cons

      One downside is large companies means more processors to get minor things done.

      There is no pros working for this company

      Cons

      No work life balance, toxic work environment, benefits get worse every year, executive leadership is horrible, very leadership heavy and doesnt care about the people who actually do the work, stay away if you want a life and want to be treated like a human
