      The Organization allows a work from home scheme.

      Cons

      Poor management practices. Lack of transparency. Dimunition of benefits. The company does not follow their own offer to employees, and changes direction in favor of management.

      The people there are really friendly and help you out when you want, rather than being competitive and anti-social.

      The location wasn't my number one choice but that's life.

      the problem is the CEO won't let anyone make their own decision, he's stubborn and no one can change his mind once he's decided
