      Pros

      Awesome people, strong developing teams and good knowledge base for helping new employees with onboarding. Several benefits and discounts, including good medical assurance based on your grade. Decent salary with annual bonuses. Opportunities to have some education with certificates.

      Cons

      High amount of burocracy, difficult to gain access to some software, utilities or resources (for IT especially). Not very flexible development and documentation process, dictated by centralized doctrine. Some teams eventually will have crunches and overtime working.
