Pros

- Everyone cares about the work we're doing and wants to succeed - Supportive editors who help you achieve work-life balance - Opportunities are given to you when you are good at your job and proactively seek them - Work culture has transformed over a few years for the better (but still has improvements to make) - Overall thing leadership has a good perspective and vision for the outlet.

Cons

- In a growth period (is it an investigative outlet or daily newspaper, how does it plan to improve its digital presence, workplace culture is always in flux, leadership has been changing), so there could be some changes up ahead. - Some key newsroom leaders left in 2024-25, so in a rebuilding phase. - Definitely tensions between the union and management during bargaining period.
