Pros
Team members were friendly and good to be around. Benefits package was nice as well.
Cons
Low pay and inconsistent pay. (People in similar roles with similar levels of experience not being paid the same, or people with less experience and qualifications making more than more skilled coworkers.) Raises barely keep pace with inflation, if you were lucky. It feels as though leadership were retaliating towards people that they did not get their way with. If you continue to work with them after a disagreement, you are walking on eggshells and with a target on your back. Workplace bullying of those who leadership does not like is rampant. Leadership displays very clear cronyism, friends of leadership who were wholly unqualified were hired for a position over more qualified individuals. A crony lost the company a sizable sum of money and faced no disciplinary action, a normal employee would have been terminated. Job requirements changed on the fly and travel will be made mandatory, even if you did not sign up for travel. No growth opportunities. If you wish to move into a different position, move to a different company before they string you along for multiple years about a position that may open up but never will. Don't get your hopes up. If you do get promoted, or demonstrate capabilities beyond your role, prepare to have dozens of other tasks and responsibilities dumped on you with little compensation or help. Very little infrastructure for new employees, there's no IT. For current employees, there's no HR. All training was made by employees who had to learn on the job themselves with very little to no help from leadership. Data is handled in a very questionable manner. Attempting to implement new processes and procedures was difficult.
