      Pros

      There are no pros to working for this slumlord who believes he owns a bldg in Manhattan. Checks not even worth cashing. Commissions? Dont hold your breath, hes always "working on a structure." You wont see a dime.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Fair housing laws dont exist in this "management company." A house of cards i'd love to see fall.

      VTT has been one of the best management companies i have worked for. We are growing daily but still have a personal connection where we are not just a number but part of a work family.
