Lowered the pay at the beginning of covid for the online classes

I really liked their interview process. It was quick, simple, and fast. Their pay is also incredibly competitive, so you will never have to worry about pay and hours worked in a week or month. Management was also super understanding about the Covid situation, and worked with me throughout the entire process.

Sometimes I felt like the co-workers and management could be particularly cliquey. The teaching style can also be rather strict, which is fabulous if you like consistency. However, at least in my experience, I wasn't given detailed comments on how I should teach until after my assessments. Not great if you're a new teacher in the field.
