The youngest daughter is intelligent and strongly advocates for diversity and professionalism, ensuring that no one is verbally abused. Ma’am Pam is very hands-on, actively involved in operations and employee welfare. The management truly looks after our well-being—they even prepared living spaces at the plant for us during COVID and floods. They are genuinely good people.

Not all of the owners are okay. The manager they previously chose was not good, but the replacement is much better.
