      Horrible Culture / Zero Leadership - IT Manager VW Credit Employee Review

      Pros

      Managers get free car and gas.

      Cons

      Everything else. The entire "leadership team" in IT is waaaay over their head. They have no idea how to be leaders. They treat employees terribly, allow disrespect among the employees, take credit for other people's ideas, do everything they can to discourage innovation, etc. I could go on for days...
