      Good pay and a good team.

      Cons

      Uncertain guidance by management. Lots of false promises regarding updates and improvements. Hard to continue to sell a product that has so many flaws on the backend. Upset homeowners express frustrations but they don't get addressed.

      The people that I worked with were great, excellent work life balance.

      Cons

      Layoffs every quarter just about for the entirety I was with the company, so I never felt I could grow there.
