Poor upper management - Operations Manager Vacasa Employee Review

The company is constantly getting restructured. Therefore, positions are constantly being eliminated and the workload gets handed over to the ones that stay in the company. No work life balance. Promotions and employment is based on friendship not on performance. Upper management would talk bad about employees behind their back. And openly think of ways of making other employees look bad. You were expected to work on your time off. And Answer your work phone Day and night. You are ask to move employees time to make them not get overtime. You would be looked down on if you asked for any time off even if it your birthday. The company moved towards independent contractors for Hk and maintenance techs and there would prefer people that were desperate for work, as they were easier to take advantage of. Employees are afraid to speak up do to retaliation from Management.
