      Flexibility, you’re often able to leave and make up hours remotely if you’re management

      Cons

      Everything else. No one knows what they are doing, they are understaffed and the ceo is too busy hoarding wealth to pay for what they need.

      Pros

      The people that I worked with were great, excellent work life balance.

      Cons

      Layoffs every quarter just about for the entirety I was with the company, so I never felt I could grow there.
