Pros
Your skill set will diminish there, as many years you will stay there. They make fake work to keep everyone engaged, which is okay. But then they create fake pressure from the client's side. 0 work life balance. Once you come back from leaves or vacation, they will bombard you with more work. So that you dare to think of leaving a vacation again.
Cons
Made great friends there. Client was Google, so had a good chance of communicating with some of the googlers and learn their way of doing things.
