Pros
My experience was that Vaco was an advocate for me as a candidate as much as for the company to make a good match. Each role I felt like I knew as much as could be known going in the door. I had constant follow-up on how I was doing in the role and it seemed genuine to see if the company was hinest about what I was doing and perhaps if I was honest aboit my skillset.
