Pros
You can make a lot of money. Very high volume recruitment. Tools provided to recruiters are excellent and abundant. The training program is well structured.
Cons
The focus is on quantity, not the quality of hires. The constant push for more activity, even if you're performing at your maximum. Teams are highly competitive. They breed a culture of looking out for yourself and being willing to cut your teammates for your own gain. No concern about high attrition rates among contractors.
