      Stay away from the Phoenix office! - Senior Recruiter Vaco Employee Review

      A lot of good people to work with.

      Cons

      The team needs to be revamped all the way up to the managing partner that is never in the office. The managing director for tech will bully and tear you apart, he lives for it. I tried to reach out to HR about the issues no response or no resolution. There is no clear direction no expectations of goal. If you need help good luck trying to meet with a manager. The company will protect top preforms at all cost.

      They reached out to me. Followed up with me and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

      None. The assignment is region specific but that has nothing to do with Vaco

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are adequate and some great employee's to work with.

      Cons

      At my local office there was poor management and communication, things constantly changing, lack of direction, no consistency on how things are done or managed, too much time wasted during the day on meetings that accomplish nothing.
