Vaco takes good care of training their recruiters to handle candidates over the phone, but the level of modern recruitment training is lacking. The training new hires experience is in-depth and takes place at corporate HQ for an entire week. Company culture is impressed on all employees and it is nice that the company takes time to welcome all new hires.
Cons
Too many internal daily meetings and on-site work days. Sales/Business Development is lacking. It is difficult to establish decent commissions during the first year with the company.
