Very loyal and hard working management and employees.
Cons
Suffered at the hands of investment firms for many years. Company was managed in a very lean way. Not much engineering ambition. Hand to mouth business, that always seemed to struggle whilst I was there. Professionalism in senior management and leadership very poor.
