      Pros

      Good products. Lots of smart and motivated colleagues. Excellent benefits (US offices). Relatively ethical for a global company.

      Cons

      Industrial Measurements is undergoing a lot of change, and constant change and restructuring is the acknowledged style of leadership, so it’s not likely to end soon. Everything from R&D to product management to sales seems to be under resourced. Firmly opposed to offering anything other than median pay, even for top talent.

      Generally a small company Decent PTO Quality Products and solution

      Cons

      Pay not up to standard Starting to become a Micro-managed company Benefits (401-K) not up to par with others Greed at the top; making targets that are not realistic. Now more added management layers that only monitor the workers
