If you don't want to ruin your career then do not join here. The company doesn't know what they are doing. First, they laid off a bunch of employees saying that they want to shift their focus Target from SMB to Mid Market and the employees who are getting laid off are not mid market focus (Insane, I know). Then they went back to SMB in a couple of months. Then they again laid off a bunch of people saying that they again want to shift from SMB to Mid Market and product is not mid market ready so they want to invest in product now. The founder changes his mindset every day about what to do. I am sure one day he will just say that product is great but the world is not ready for product yet and would like to fire everyone in the world. He is that crazy headed. They have already done FIVE Rounds of lay offs. They will hire you today and a week later, they will say that they dont have money to keep you in the company. And the HRs, they are extremely delusional kids. They call themselves psychologists who solve problems. All they do is, create culture ppt on canva and host stupid useless challenges that no one participates in. They portray as if everything is perfect with the company and there's no hire fire policy. In short, bonkers people with no brainer CEO
