1980's Peoplesoft operating system. System is not user friendly. Terrible work environment and bullying culture. People are afraid to speak out b/c company is Ensco strong. Your voice will never be heard. Payroll can't pay the lower level works correctly. pay slips are a joke as you don't see a complete pay breakdown of deductions or overtime hours worked. Too busy paying out bonuses to VP's and RM's as the company has sunk.
