Please be assured that we take such concerns extremely seriously and would be open to arranging a confidential conversation to explore your concerns further. This would be handled discreetly and would help ensure that we fully understand any issues.
We are committed to fostering a culture of respect, psychological safety, and accountability at all levels of the organisation and strongly encourage individuals to raise issues through our established internal channels. This includes speaking with a member of the HR team, a trusted leader, or using our confidential channels; all of which are designed to support employees and ensure concerns are handled sensitively and appropriately.
Whilst not directly related to the concerns raised, we also want to acknowledge that there have been several positive changes within Valcon UK, including the recent appointment of a new Managing Partner to lead the UK business. These changes reflect our ongoing commitment to strengthening our leadership team and ways of working.
We value all feedback as an important driver for continuous improvement and want to ensure that everyone feels safe, supported, and heard.
