We appreciate that you shared some positive aspects of your experience with Valcon, and we’re glad to see there were elements you found valuable during your time with us. At the same time, we are sorry to hear that aspects of your experience with Valcon left you feeling disappointed.
We are committed to fostering a culture of respect, psychological safety, and accountability at all levels of the organisation. We take any concerns about culture or leadership behaviours very seriously.
Whilst not directly related to the concerns raised, we would like to acknowledge that there have been several positive changes within Valcon UK, including the recent appointment of a new Managing Partner to lead the UK business. These changes reflect our ongoing commitment to strengthening our leadership team, culture, and ways of working.
