Pros
After several regime changes over the past couple years the company seems to have stumbled into a great management team. Top-down communication has improved vastly and business has been strong recently. Most senior level technical employees and department managers are very knowledgeable. Company offers average to above average compensation and benefits and excellent work-life balance.
Cons
Business has been good recently; no data on how the current iteration of this company will react when a downturn occurs. Turnover has always been an issue but has slowed significantly in the past year or so. Some project managers still don't understand proper workflow and will agree to unrealistic schedules or budgets when pressured by clients.
