Pros
Great place to gain invaluable field experience. Flexible schedule makes for good work life balance. Opportunities for on-site roles at major clients in the area. People are great for the most part. Chance to prove yourself and move up quickly. Pay is good.
Cons
High turnover rate as is common in the contracting world. Benefits are not really competitive within or outside of industry. Lack of transparency/communication from management on true business outlook, personnel changes, HR policies, etc. Not a lot of training offered.
