      Work-life balance! Understanding leadership. Coworkers become family. Great benefits. The work itself is very rewarding.

      Cons

      The compensation is measly. The benefits are great until you try to include dependents. At that point they suck because you can't afford them on the pittance that you are paid.

      Pay is lower than most places because the college is state funded. The sentence in the job description "other duties as assigned" tends to be taken advantage of there.
