I was not attracted to the product, too much hardware

Offices Location, working in rooms, not in open space.

Worse management I ever experienced in a company. Awful atmosphere, Huge pressure to do overtime. Management does very bad managing decisions which creates huge amount of pressure. They actually declare 2 days every week in which everyone must work from 9:00 till 10:00 PM !!! + Fridays and Saturdays from time to time. They are reglary trying to deprive workers from getting their rights. few lawsuits were filed against the company from workers who were fired. company products are failing one after the other, while the company struggle to find new markets for a product no one really need. HDbaseT transceivers are a total failure, there are almost no consumer products using it in tv's and dvd's there is no need for it when you have streaming media like netflix the company tried to change direction and implement the HDBasetT technology for security cameras, and again total failure !!! no one using it !!! Now the company tried to ride on the wave of autonomous vehicles. and implement the old HDbaseT technology for cars. and since that market was proven to disappear soon, I Think this company might disappear with it.
