Pros
I have been working at Valenta for 4 years now and it has always been a great experience. The journey throughout has been great. I have personally gained a lot of knowledge working with the onshore clients has been a great opportunity. Interacting with the onshore clients and being appreciated is something which keeps me motivated towards working dedicatedly. We the people here at Valenta, work together and also have fun together. We celebrate fun fridays on the last friday of every month where we play games and interact with each other to build and maintain a healthy workplace relationship. Along with playing games, we also celebrate the birthdays on the last friday of every month where we cut cakes and sing birthday songs and then wrap it up with having different snacks like samosa, rolls and etc. At Valenta, we also celebrate different festivals like Pongal, Ganesh Chaturthi, Independence Day, Diwali and etc where we arrange potlucks and lunch get together in the office premises. Altogether, it has been working here and the environment here is very friendly. Be it the seniors or the juniors, everyone gets to learn something from each other.
