      Very good place for graduates to shape their career Some colleagues are very helpful Good place to learn the process and how the software get standardized and industrialized

      Cons

      Tough management at some times. Very bad in handling mistakes I took long time to move to another project Delivery oriented company not people oriented Not very open management Very massive increases that make pressure on standard engineers

      Great pay,great family work balance, Great upper management.I value my job and look forward to going to work. The best part is we're a diversified company. There are monthly attendance bonuses. Its truly a great company too work with. This company treats people very well.HR has an open door policy and is there for every employee. I've been with this company for around 5 years
