      * good work place and I have learned alot while being there * knowledgeable and humble people

      Cons

      * the salary increases are not matching the market also the HR will keep telling you that * alot of the management and team leaders are only technical people who has been forced to do the management thing, so most of them aren't as good as technical when it comes to leadership and people management

      Great pay,great family work balance, Great upper management.I value my job and look forward to going to work. The best part is we're a diversified company. There are monthly attendance bonuses. Its truly a great company too work with. This company treats people very well.HR has an open door policy and is there for every employee. I've been with this company for around 5 years
