Pros
Very Good overall base pay and bonuses the highest in the vicinity compared to the other local refineries because this facility is non union, which they can easily can terminate employees as they wish
Cons
The benefits although diverse in different selections you can make, is not enough when choosing an HMO plan because you have to come out of pocket . I only covered my self and 1 child. The overall morality among co workers seems low.
