Great people to work with. The company provides great benefits and the work is rewarding. People genuinely work to improve the plants and are supportive. There is room to grow for those who perform
Cons
The hours are long and it is accepted that everybody will get a bad deal at some point and it is more about how to share the pain than improve the situation. Some bad bosses are kept around if they have been there a long time and are not dealt with as they should be.
