Cons
Job description doesn't match actual expected duties, wages way too low for the amount of work, overtime and stress you have to deal with, managers' business strategy is to get as much money for as little service provided as possible. No proper company structure and managers are very distant from both the business and the employees, no career progression or prospects. If you dare to ask for a wage that would reflect your hard work they'll find a way to get rid of you. A lot or rule breaking and dodgy deals going on, lack of empathy for customers and for staff.
Met many great people who worked there but not surprisingly all left shortly after seeing what the company atmosphere is. Most of the time you could feel the tension and bad spirits in the office. I was expected to do overtime constantly without so much as a 'thank you for your help' not to mention a bonus or pay rise for proving my worth for the company time and again. To top it all off, when I left they tried to get away with underpaying me for my last month and blamed it on 'sorry, don't know what the accountant was doing'! Definitely recommend to stay far away if you can
