Pros
Company provides a truck, laptop, iPhone and iPad. In addition, you are given more than enough equipment that you need for the job. My director is great. He is very engaged and provides amazing support. He is down to earth and very approachable. He will roll up his sleeves and get dirty if necessary. I was given good training by my director.
Cons
the work day is really a split shift, administrative things and properties in the morning and early afternoon then visiting/being available for your properties and teams at night. Most weeks, you have plenty of down time, others not so much.
