      The company is constantly working to improve the clients and associates experience. Excellent leadership, excellent growth opportunities. Great schedule flexibility. Very supportive and exciting environment to work in.

      Some nights would take longer due to more trash, had to work in any weather

      Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

      Cons

      No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
