      There is a lot of opportunity and a lot of growth potential. Very nice company vibe and support and encouragement.

      Cons

      Sometimes gets a little overwhelming additional training in some areas would be helpful.

      Some nights would take longer due to more trash, had to work in any weather

      Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

      Cons

      No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
