We are working diligently to reduce our turnover for our part time Service Valet positions. We've recently introduced additional benefits including tuition reimbursement and a formal rewards program. In addition, we continue to conduct market analysis to ensure we are paying competitively in each respective region and are further investing in training and development of our managers so they can continue to deliver the best to their associates.
