      An amazing culture awaits anybody looking to come to a company which preaches Servant Leadership! Benefits continue to increase in a time where most other companies are decreasing. Career training and opportunities are limitless

      Not a con for most but its a fast moving enviorment to be ready to contribute

      Some nights would take longer due to more trash, had to work in any weather

      Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

      Cons

      No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
