4yThank you for taking the time to share a review. I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience during your time here. As a growing business, we will always have opportunities where we can be better. We continue to work closely with our internal teams and clients to ensure we deliver an exceptional experience to residents. This includes reinforcing guidelines on our collection standards. In response to your comment regarding compensation for our Valets; we have invested heavily over the past 2 years in making market adjustments to hourly pay, increased referral bonuses 5x the original amount, added sign-on bonuses for new Valets in various markets and offered retention bonus contests for all Valets. While it's true we don't directly reimburse those using their own trucks for fuel consumption, we do pay them higher in the range at a rate of $3 or more per hour above the standard pay rate.
