No work life balance. Don’t be fooled by titles and roles in this company. In operations, you **will be collecting and throwing garbage (DM, RM, ADO, RDO etc) Glorified collection valets. Strong gaslighting from upper management as to why you can’t preform the customer services and professional aspects of the position, when no resources are provided to handle the drastic short staffing in labor. No fluidity or productive communication between departments (sales/operations) truly a toxic work environment. Poor outlook for personal development, and career advancement.
