      Will fire you for anything including doing your job the right way and don't even talk to you first fire you thew text message DMs get away with lying and can't do any thing about it even if you have proof

      Some nights would take longer due to more trash, had to work in any weather

      Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

      Cons

      No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
