Pros

Recruiting will send you a lot of candidates you just have to make sure to do your job and contact them so you never have an empty property to run.

Cons

If you don’t you have to be the one to run those properties no matter how many or vacant. I always worked hard at this and it wasn’t easy and required way more than 40+ hrs a week. It is still a good company overall wish things turned out different still.

Pros

Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

Cons

No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
