Still haven't found, so many expectations so far

Good place to learn a lot really fast.

Management lacks a cohesive message and style. Severe lack of manpower resulting running current employees into the ground with overtime because management will not shut lines down. Retention could be better if swing shifts went away or higher compensation for working swings.
