Pros

They will give you projects with the least information possible and expects you to work on them without any guidance. Basically, you can learn from this but really not a pro

Cons

Cons: Unfair Compensation: One of the major drawbacks of working at Valimation was the issue of underpayment. Throughout my time there, I consistently felt that my compensation did not align with the level of effort and value I brought to the organization. It was disappointing to see my contributions undervalued in this way. Uncompensated Overtime: Another concerning aspect of working at valimation was the frequent requirement to work overtime without any compensation. I understand that occasional extra work may be necessary, but it became a consistent expectation without any acknowledgment or financial compensation for the additional hours put in. This lack of recognition for my time and effort left me feeling undervalued and demotivated. Fear of Termination: At validation, there was an unhealthy atmosphere of fear, particularly when it came to job security. I often felt intimidated and pressured, as if my job was constantly on the line. This fear-based management approach is detrimental to employee morale and can hinder productivity and overall job satisfaction. Frequent Weekend Work: Working on weekends occasionally can be expected in certain industries, but at my company, it became a regular occurrence. The excessive demand for weekend work disrupted work-life balance and limited my personal time, leading to burnout and reduced job satisfaction. A better balance between work and personal life is essential for employee well-being. Ethical Concerns: I was troubled by the ethical practices at my company. On multiple occasions, I was asked to lie or misrepresent information in front of clients. This compromised my professional integrity and made me uncomfortable. Ethical misconduct should never be condoned or encouraged, as it erodes trust and tarnishes the company's reputation. Toxic Internal Competition: An additional concern I had while working at Valimation was the culture of fostering internal competition by encouraging employees to backstab their colleagues. This unhealthy environment undermined teamwork, collaboration, and mutual support. Instead of promoting a positive work atmosphere, it created tension and mistrust among team members.

Cons

This company is a nightmare for anyone hoping for a stable and respectful career. The environment is shockingly toxic, filled with rampant disrespect, deceit, and an unsettling, cult-like atmosphere that leaves employees feeling trapped and manipulated. The CEO is alarmingly controlling, imposing unwanted religious rituals on all staff members. The software is notoriously unreliable, and the company routinely falsifies customer reports, eroding any sense of trust or credibility. Every promise made is laced with deception, and the culture is dominated by malicious individuals who thrive on chaos. Employees are exploited with no salary, micromanaged, forced into relentless overtime without consideration for their well-being. There’s a disturbing effort to indoctrinate staff, coercing them to conform to bizarre beliefs and dietary practices against their will. Underneath it all, the company engages in dubious activities, hiring undocumented individuals and participating in suspicious financial dealings. Any attempt to question these practices is met with threats and blackmail, creating an atmosphere of fear and intimidation. This place is a career graveyard, where hope and ambition go to die.
