Fear of Termination: At validation, there was an unhealthy atmosphere of fear, particularly when it came to job security. I often felt intimidated and pressured, as if my job was constantly on the line. This fear-based management approach is detrimental to employee morale and can hinder productivity and overall job satisfaction. Frequent Weekend Work: Working on weekends occasionally can be expected in certain industries, but at my company, it became a regular occurrence. The excessive demand for weekend work disrupted work-life balance and limited my personal time, leading to burnout and reduced job satisfaction.
