Pros
Nice colleagues. Some managers are good depending on the department. Can be a good starting point if you’re early in your career.
Cons
Opportunities for growth are non existent. Career progression framework is very rigid and outdated. Too much micromanaging and gatekeeping which limits your autonomy and expore to meaningful work. Gossiping seems to be the norm in the office. Lots of politics and high turnover rate but leadership doesn’t do much to address those issues.
